Our Personal Support Workers (PSWs) undergo comprehensive training to proficiently perform healthcare operations across all functions.

All of our support workers require:

• A valid CPR and First Aid Level C certification • A valid Social Insurance Number • A valid Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) certification or valid Safe Management Group certification • Understanding and Managing Aggressive Behaviour (UMAB) training • Possession at least one Certificate/Degree in Personal Support Worker (PSW), Developmental Services Worker (DSW), Child and Youth Worker (CYW), and/or Social Service Worker (SSW) • A strict adherence to Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice • Eligibility to work in Canada and valid photo identification • A minimum of 3 professional references • A criminal record check • Vulnerable Sector Screening (Less than 6 months) • A recent medical report
